Information you send
The enquiry form collects your name, email, selected service and message, plus project location, type of space, stage, preferred timing, approximate budget and quotation-review details if you choose to provide them. A project-page enquiry also includes the selected portfolio reference. We use these details to respond and discuss the requested service; an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Processing and storage
Enquiries are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process technical request information. If transactional email delivery is configured, Resend processes the notification and our recipient mailbox retains it. We do not sell enquiry data.
Purpose and lawful basis
Responding to a request for a service and taking steps before a possible contract is the purpose of processing your enquiry. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in protecting this website. Optional analytics require your choice and remain disabled by default.
Retention
Unconverted website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then removed from the website database. Correspondence needed for an active engagement, accounting or legal obligations may be retained separately for the relevant purpose. Technical abuse-prevention hashes expire after one day.
Analytics and preferences
Optional analytics are off by default and require your choice. If enabled, LKC stores daily aggregate counts of page views, enquiry-button clicks, service selections and form starts, successes or error categories. Analytics do not store names, email addresses, message text, visitor IDs or query strings. A daily hashed IP is used only for endpoint abuse prevention and expires the next day. Aggregate statistics are retained for up to 12 months. No advertising trackers or embedded social feeds are used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and object to relevant processing. Where applicable, you may request portability and withdraw consent. Contact the privacy email above. You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
External services and international processing
Links to external services, including Payhip, have their own privacy practices. Cloudflare, Resend and email providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Do not submit sensitive personal documents through the initial enquiry form.
