Will you choose a contractor for me?
No. The review helps you understand and compare the written offers. Contractor selection and the final decision remain yours.
Does this confirm that the prices are fair?
It identifies differences in pricing structure, allowances and scope. It is not a certified valuation, quantity-surveying service or a guarantee of market pricing.
What is outside the service?
Site inspection, measurement verification, structural assessment, contract drafting, legal advice, regulatory approval and code certification are outside the review. Local specialists may be needed.
What if I have more documents?
Projects beyond the listed quotation or page limits are assessed for a custom scope. The €75 assessment is credited against the agreed review fee if you proceed.
When do I send my documents?
Begin with the suitability form. Detailed documents are requested only after the scope and a secure transfer method have been agreed.
