A written fee before you begin.
The fixed fee depends on the number of spaces and the information available. The proposal records the exact scope, delivery date and one clarification round. Additional rooms, revised briefs and further design work are quoted separately.
The budget worksheet is a planning tool. Site surveys, measured surveys, technical design, permits, certified cost estimates and contractor appointments are outside this package.
