Remote work depends on the quality of this information; site verification responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
A clear scope and fee.
A written proposal confirms your deliverables, fixed fee or agreed fee basis, timing and responsibilities before work begins. Additional rooms, site visits, revised briefs and further design work are separately scoped. An enquiry does not commit you to a paid service.
What needs separate expertise.
Concept planning does not certify fire safety, occupancy limits, accessibility, ergonomics or building compliance. Relevant requirements and final dimensions need local professional verification.
